Shipping policy

All orders ship within 3-5 business days (WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED) Sales/Holidays may add an extra day due to the increase in sales. Once it ships, you will receive email confirmation. If your email address is incorrect you will not receive any notifications. Once processed and shipped, actual shipping time is 5 to 8 business days in the USA. International shipping is 3-4 weeks. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days (not including weekends) Please let us know.

International Shipping Policy
All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and tariff fees calculated by your destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee. The recipient is solely responsible for paying all import duties and brokerage fees upon delivery. Packages refused due to unpaid customs charges will not be eligible for a full refund of shipping costs.ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. 

Butterfly Effect is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any products that were DAMAGED IN TRANSIT!

If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is shipped back to us, you are responsible for an extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Butterfly Effect by Desi is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES, however we are happy to assist you. If your order did not come, please contact USPS first and provide them with your tracking number and explain the delivery issue. Sometimes USPS may mark packages down as delivered early but will actually be delivered the next day.If your issue is still not resolved after contacting USPS, please provide us with your order number butterflyeffectbydesi@yahoo.com
